Biggest Looser W2 - HSP

Well, today is Monday and it means that it's Biggest Loser Check in.

How did I do. FANTASTIC!! I've done wonderful this week. Actually, today is the only day that I've deviated from my plan, but I'll get to that a bit later.

I stayed in my calories, I'm down about 1.5 lbs since last Monday  and I stuck with what I had planned. I had planned to start exercising today. I didn't think it would happen, but I did end up getting a short exercise episode in this afternoon. I'm pretty proud of myself.

So what's the plan this week. I'm sticking to my calories, and establishing my exercising.

But tonight, I'm drinking. It's probably not a good idea, but I'm going to have a couple of drinks anyway. WHY? Because it's been a very hard emotional day. My 5 year old little girl (Angel) was diagnosed with HSP. Have you heard of it? Well it's not too uncommon. Here's a website because I really don't want to try to describe it.

The outcome is supposed to be excellent....well, for the most part. I got the call from the labs that Angel's kidneys are effected. So what now? I don't know. We go in tomorrow for more labs, it could be absolutely nothing, but it could be worse. I'm just the kind of person who's mind automatically jumps to the "worst" option. So, here's hoping that my baby is fine.
